All  great suggestions. I forsee a future where you put on a suit which let's you FEEL all actions in achat for real. from bj to penetration. But in the far far future. I could see the function-keys work, especially if you can attach your own favorite poses to them. I have not mastered typing with one hand, but I get results everytime :D, even if it takes a little longer...
