When: Daily...24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The ever vigilant Officers of the Sex Police will do what it takes, even if we end up in our own handcuffs!

How: With Tickets booklets and radar guns, we will boldly step in front of even the most powerful of vibrators (and even a few flacid erections), in the hopes of making the streets of Nymphomania safe.

Why: (Well I did say I'd include a why... at some point, but not today.)

I heard this rumour... appareantly there is a criminal in Nymphomania.. The nemesis of the NSPD.. Stealing panties and viginity... I wonder how long it will take for them to catch "The Kissing Bandit"...
