hehehe nope its an expression/figure of speech.  when you want something really bad you bribe the someone that has it or can make it happen.  The bribe is something with a Cherry on top .   Well in this case a cupcake with a cherry on top... unless you wanted me with a cherry on top of me O.O; hahaha.   

The dress is perfect, you really don't need to add anything.  if you did want to add something the only think i could think of is maybe some type of trim like white or red or pink lace but thats up to you   i like it either way.
