The easiest thing is to use an intermediate  image storage facility.

Move your image there and then use the appropriate link in your post.

I find that the best is postimage.org as they permit porno pictures.

concerto, that's the best soluion, but not the fastest one! With this process, you have to sve a pic on your HD themn add on the storage site and copy the link on your post.....it works, yes, but it's annoying!

Cant I upload from my notebook or should it be on an internet server

You can't upload from harddrive.
