YES great game but my head hurts. You need to have a team with all active player to give a better chance and help with the riddles.

And a Big thanks again to all the hard work that Brandy and Lover has put into the game

Congratulations to the Directors, Miss Brandy and Lover for a well run game, and a unique bit of fun here in AChat land.  Congratulations to all the participants, too... your involvement and enthusiasm made the game a lot of fun and a challenge to compete in.

Now that the game is finished, we should have a review of the game.  A critique if you will, on the things we noticed that could be changed or even somethings that could be added to the game.

*********************************************

One thing that I noticed and took advantage of...  When the correct answer is sent in to the Directors, the Director's reply should only be to the individual who sent in the riddle's answer.  I found all I had to do was sit and wait for the reply to the correct answer, then send in mine to "second" the answer.

*********************************************
Miss Stone and I had a discussion about making a change to the scoring system, and we came up with something like this:  We could use the same idea of the speed of the correct answers, and which team answers first, but split the answers.  The first to answer scores certain amount of points, and the corresponding "second" answer from the same team scores a certain amount of points.  Each based on the place the answers come to the Directors.

Something like this:

5 points for the first correct answer
4 points for second
3 for third
2 for fourth
1 for fifth

5 for the first "second" or corresponding correct answer from a team
4 for the second "second" corresponding answer
3 for the third    "ditto"
2 for the fourth  "ditto"
1 for the fifth    "ditto"

then add them together for the team total.

Example with five teams:

Team A:  (1 & 3) sends in the first correct answer and the third corresponding "second" answer for a team total of 8 points.

Team B:  (2 & 5) sends in the second correct "first" answer for 4 points and the fifth corresponding "second" answer for a team total of 5 points.

Team C:  (3 & 4) sends in the third correct "first" answer and the fourth corresponding "second" answer for a team total of 5 points.

Team D:  (4 & 2) sends in the fourth correct "first" answer and the second corresponding "second" answer for a team total of  6 points.

Team E:  (5 & 1) sends in the fifth correct "first" answer and the first corresponding "second" answer for a team total of 5 points.

So the most points a team can score is 10 and the least amount is 2.  Of course this will mean a little more work for the Directors of the contest.

**********************************************

For an added twist to the anagrams... it might be fun to allow the person who is posting the word for gathering the letters to use with the Anagram, to scramble the word.
For example:  In my case, I had three words.  3 RAGE ... MAG_C and WON_ER.
I could have scrambled them something like this:
GEAR (needs to be unscrambled)
CAG_M (needs to be unscrambled)
WRO_NE (needs to be unscrambled)

That would definitely make the anagrams more of a challenge especially for the words similar to S_OW that we had this time around where the possible answers were sLow, sHow, sTow, and sNow and if it was to unscramble the W_OS oh my goodness there could be tons of possible answers if we get the right combination of letters. Could definitely make it more challenging.

P.S. haven't seen the rest of the riddles posted Covems so how do we know that it really is done maybe there is some still working on it.

Indeed, covems is bit hasty :) Not every team has finished yet but there is a big chance it will happen soon.

LMAO... reading all those messages of horny friends now... the rooms may be crowded and hot sounds are all around ;D

I also will post some facts about the game after posting the final scores. We are happy about each opinion and idea to improve it. We also collected some suggestions and experiences for the next run.

Sometimes we answered to the first correct answer, almost we didn't. We tried both way during this game to bridge the time difference.
If we got a wrong asnwer, we always answered to let you know you have to try again.

We thought about scrambling too. We haven't done it as it was the first try and we didn't want to make it too hard for you. But it could be a way to make it more interesting :)
We also want to thank each member for adding the words/letters as soon as possible. It was great for us to see, no one tried to stop other teams. This was very fair and nice of you :)

As you also mentioned it will be much more work for the directors. Sometimes we logged in and found 25-30 new messages. It was hard to figure each message out and to keep the scores and teams up to date. Though if we find a way to have more equality of opportunities we gladly take it.

Bonus riddle called "The final sentence"
If you remember, this bonus riddle was sent to all teams after the first team has got riddle 15. This bonus riddle could be solved while working on the others. One rule has changed: This solution could be given by just one person:

Bonus riddle:
One team has finished now.. please dont talk to other teams which riddle you just are working on or if you are the team that has fnished...
We want to inform you there is an extra riddle. You get bonus points for it and you can do it while you're still working on your current riddle.
Points are given as in usual riddles, but if three teams have finished the paper chase, extra riddle is closed and the last team/teams dont get any bonus points.
We also dont tell if you are right or wrong, you just have one try for this final sentence!

The bonus riddle:
There is a saying hidden in the Paper Chase Scorings. Search and find, patience is the key  Smiley

PS: Does one member of your team has the answer? We don't wait for the second member and you don't have to too.

Answer:
Brandy and I agreed, in case no team gets the correct answer we accept each answer. But two teams had the right one. In score-post 1-8 we marked single words in red and once in white. The words have been given in the right sequence and had just put together:

All good things come to those who wait

We want to thank everyone for joining the game. It was amazing to see, how "serious" you are working on the riddles and how much enthusiasm and effort you did. Your passion and eagerness kept us very busy but also made us proud. We fetlt bad for each moment we could not be on to answer your pm, but luckily more then 75% of our answers could be given within few minutes.
We also had a lot of fun in doing this. Yes, it was a chase and a competition, but no one tried to be unfair or asked for more help. It was also great to notice, that each member added the words for the anagram as soon as possible.
Thank you again :)

Some facts:
- we had 4 teams with 12 participants
- each team has got 15 riddles and one bonus riddle
- 3 anagrams, 9 questions about forum, 2 conudrums, 1 creatvice question (name of team) and the final sentence
- we have received almost 200!!! messages in less than 5 days (sunday evening - friday morning european time) and send almsot 170 messages to the teams

Lot of works....specially for only two coordinators!

The game goes well, but for me trying to help my team was a little a pain cause even if i can take a look at the forum in every moment form the pc i'm working at, i don't have lot of time to look in the abnormous sea of threads and posts we have to find a solution.....my works most of the time keep me really busy, our second place is thanks to Covems hard work!

THANKS A LOT, COVEMS!
