I've used makeup texture, you can use it with every cloth you like.

i see......but it's the same.....you have to creata one who don't reset your makeup or create a version of the collar for every makeup!

No, it's the same, because tattoos and makeups follows the shape of the neck, we should need a 3d model (non jagged as neck is) for apply on it our textures

A nice thing maybe could be allow heightmap on makeups. It could make collars more "realistic" and also we could do makeups with gems and glitter
