It's a Polar Bear 

yes it is indeed a Polar Bear.  The purple color is due to the treatment of the animal that had a skin condition.



Purple is not a normal color and does not happen often at all for them but here is one that can occur a bit more.



The green is actually algae growing in the hair follicles that they had gotten while swimming.
