Hello All, I recently had an incident where I accidentally purchased a bracelet intended for a man. The system allowed me to check out, took my A$, but I did not get the item as it not intended for females. The system shows it as mine on the website, but I do not have access to it. Has this happened to anyone else? If I can't use the bracelet, I'd like to get my money back.
