Hi, new here. When trying to buy things for my avatar it says that the transaction was unsuccessful but I closed the game and reloaded it and the items were there. Okay, fair enough, but the other issue is that I tried joining the cities and all I get is a black screen. Some appears to have seen my avatar because they invited me to something but I cannot see them.

  There are some problems at the moment I think.  I was here early this morning 1 am (England) and all of the Meeting Places were just a black screen.

  The poker room was working though and everyone in there was having the same trouble, so it's not just you having the problem.

  Just tried again and it's the same unfortunately. (Poker Room still working).  I Asked a friend of mine and it's same for him too.

  So, I guess it's just a waiting game for them to be fixed.
