Hi, anyone having wrong username or password login in problem? please advise

if you are certain you are typing everything right, I'd advise you to email the support team and let them help you retrieve your password.

I emailed. twice. no reply from them, u can enter it normally?

Maybe i should reinstall it

Hi Ahalahom,
what do you mean? If you want to change your password and still are able to login, go to the homepage (Home-button at the top of this page).
On the right side there is a link "Password change". There you can change your password.

Or did you change your password and don't know know (or forgot) the old one? Then use the support-button at the top of this page and contact the A-Team.
