Title: Subscribtion ID?

I don't use this product enough to pay a montly fee. Therefor, i want to cancel my subscribtion.

On the faq, it says to cancel it through this link;  https://support.ccbill.com/index.cgi

I enter all the information, assuming my subscribtion ID is my ingame name but i get a message saying the subscribtion ID can't be found.

So, what is a subscribtion ID then? Where do i find it?

Your subscription ID was sent to you by CCBILL via email (it is not the AChat username)
Normally it is a 18-digit number.

CCBill send ID on mail only for month by month subscription!? i had pay for an year and they don't send me nothing!

As far as I know, yes, also in the case of yearly subscription.
