Title: Shopping request
Post by: naughtyany on July 21, 2012, 01:37:05 PM
When I buy something I can’t try on and can’t return or exchange. I don’t think it’s too much to ask to be able to see both a front and back view.

Well we had thought of a suggestion for the shop of a model avatar. Something  which could  load up the outfits onto an avatar for review. I wonder if this could be done in the login screen. That Avatar is manipuative. and the outfits could be Accessed there.

This was one of my first request: a Sims style dressing room! Perfect to personalyze our avatar and to choose dress and accessouries and then buy the one we like!

looking at the face.....it's really hard to recognized any difference at the moment from the pics.....

So many things effect a purchase hair color and style skin color. There are a number of pictures already showing more then one view I think at a minimum there should be a front and back view. Last night I was able to see others wearing the new bathing suits. They look very different when worn without the skirt.

I second the idea as well, naughtyany.

When I post a design, I always make sure front, back and side view is shown. Jeanona does the same. I want the members to know what they buy, before they decide to buy it. Though I know a lot of members do not know the way to the forum or where to find the right thread.
Title: Re: Shopping request Really angry now
Post by: naughtyany on July 28, 2012, 10:23:46 PM
I am really angry now. It’s bad enough that to see the back of something I have to search old postings or wait until someone wears it in there profile and turns around. Today I bought a body STOCKING from the lingerie STOCKING area only to find out I can’t wear it under a dress. I can wear it under jeans, shorts, skirt but not a dress. Was I being silly to think something called a STOCKING would be worn under something? If achat can’t provide the info I need to make an informed buying decision they should be willing to delete it from my clothing file and refund the money.

I know you have one Rukya, but I won't buy them. As far as I can see, it's only any good as sex-wear... and if you wear it for sex.. well it won't be fit to wear again! lolz

Maybe if you'd invite me more often, I could check out your wardrobe?

I know what time zone you're in, but you log on at peculiar times even with the difference between us. I look for you every time I log on!

A bad idea from me for the shop .

I think it will be tetter to have a description of what we buy when we buy clothes .

Actually , in the line "description" , its all but a description . When its clothes made by the dev team , there is only the color ( ex : secretary --> black and white ) . We see on the pic that its black and white  ::) . When its clothes made by forum designers , the description say the same thing or give the name of the designer . Here again , its visible on the pic .

Soo , why dont have a description of the outfit , particulary for full sets . Something like : contents , dress , stockings , panty for a full set who give this when we buy it .

what do you think of it ?

I'm with you, Rukya....but most i want a preview of what i'm buying! i want to see how a dress look on my avi and, more important!, how make up or a face look in a big format!

how hard it can be to do!?

hb69, you're right. How hard can it be?

If the designers can show images at a reasonable magnification within the forum surely it is a simple idea for the developers to have an extension to this website where all the clothes etc. are shown at a reasonable magnification, even if you can't try them on (which would be the better option).

A small example... today I saw a friend with fabulous sunglasses that I knew weren't available through the shop (under glasses), much better than the crappy ones that are available (I don't wear glasses at all because they are so bad). It turned out that they cost A$299 because you have to buy the cop set in order to get them. I guessed that it was possible to separate them but newer players may not know that.

There are two things there. Why on earth do you have to pay so much just to get a pair of sunglasses but, if everything was displayed somewhere at reasonable magnification and broken down into their component parts, then it would be easy to pick up on things like that and some, like my friend, might be prepared to buy, for example, a cop costume (lol, she will never wear it), at a high price in order to get one of the components that they do like.
