69 for male/shemale or the other possibilities involved.  the details would be no different than any other 69, and would enhance at least some realism.

Hi ColoMtnMan 

We have been asking for a Male/shemale 69 pose now for over a year and we are still waiting with fingers crossed that we get it one day
