Title: How do I contact Support??

I when to log in today and it said my password is wrong and I've tried and it doesn't work anymore.  I don't know if I've been hacked but I double checked to make sure my account was correct and the password was correct.  I also made sure my caps key was off and tried it like 5 times. 

:(   I would like to get my account for achat log in working again please help.  This is a first for me.

It should say "support" at the top of this page. Click on that and report it that :)

Owww....i'm sorry to hear this, Alita!

As Concerto wrote, i think you must contact the support and ask them to check your data. Let us know if you slovrd it!

thanks all >< i was just kinda nervous and didn't see the support button on top.  I contacted support and achat support corrected the issue.  thank goodness i was really worried that someone was gonna be pretending they were me.

AChat is really the best don't accept any substitution or knockoff    ^,-    see you in AChat

AChat  has been  doing  every  good at from me I have no Complaints ...

My pass word to the game  and  forum are not the same  how can I  change my pass word in the forum

so it can be the same as the  game    Thanks

Goto profile (the line above the name of the forum board and below your profile pic).

    Home         Help    Search    Profile    My Messages    Members    Logout    

On the left side you see: Choose Account Related Settings

Modify Profile
Account Related Settings
Forum Profile Information
Look and Layout Preferences
Notifications and Email
Personal Message Options


Scroll down to "Choose password". Type your new one and verify it in the field below. Done :)
