Title: Bob Hoskins RIP
Post by: hukk on October 08, 2014, 07:17:35 AM
Bob Hoskins, British actor who starred in many films, including one of my personal all time favorite movies "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" (along with the infamous Mario Brothers movie) passed away recently.

You'll always hold a special place in my child hold memories. Here's to you, Eddie Valiant.

RIP

Bob Hoskins, 1942-2014: Goodbye to a diamond geezer

Asked who his hero was Hoskins did not name Olivier or Edward G Robinson or even his good friend Michael Caine but described a long-ago passing encounter at Victoria station in London with a girl in leg irons who was setting off to backpack around the world.

"She's been my hero ever since, the only hero I've ever had," said Hoskins.

Says a lot about the man he was.
