Title: why busy state not working ?

I set the busy state for free users but it doesnt work . Free uses still can message to me why ? Any idea ?

  I might be wrong about this. So please don't take my word for it.

  If the free user has just signed up then they have Three days of premier membership. 

  They still only have the Green Dot and not the Star for a premier user.  After the three days they become a free user unless they buy premiere membership.

  That's my explanation anyway.  Might be totally wrong though.  LOL.  Anyone else care for a explanation ?  Or correct me if I'm wrong please.
