Title: Uploaded profile picture blank

The picture I uploaded is blank, it's just a black square on the manage pictures page and shows nothing in AChat - like I'm not using an avatar at all.  Uploaded today.

Did you safe the frame from the uploaded image just after uploading?
I did recently upload a pic and faced no issues.

Yup, saved the frame, you have to do or the transaction doesn't complete
