Title: problem with logging in

Hi all ,
I got a problem logging in at the game. I use my username and password but it says  : login failed please check your internet connection
However I'm fully connected to the internet. I'm just new so any help will be great !

Do you have a firewall? Or try a complete restart of your computer

When I've had this happen I shut down the program entirely and reloaded it.
