Hello,

in the City with the River location are just now some lapions hanging from heaven

Nobody seems them and everyone thought Im crazy... but the lampions were there

Hello.

  I've never seen this one.   :D

  I have seen the Champagne bottle on a stand though.

  It's just a glitch.  Must have been two people in there who was, well you know :P and one of them had those Decor options in their own private room and it just so happened that they appeared in the Meeting Place.

  As you were the only one to see them........ Hmmmmmmmmm  I have no idea, apart from that you entered the Meeting Place after they left.

  Hope I've explained this ok.  ;)
