I think my account has been hacked.
I have this message: Login unsuccessful:   - Wrong password.

Someone can help me please?

Hi,

Achat clean out free user accounts on occasions after complaints about nuisance alts. You could have got caught up in one of these sweeps.
Also Inactive Free user accounts have a limited shelf life and are shut down on an automated system after a certain period of time.

If you have no joy with Achat Support, as Corina has suggested, you may have to make a new account.
I would advise to prevent it happening again, to either buy some A$ or ask a member to gift you to make your account premium.
