Got any problems running AChat? / Problems logging in

Whats happened to Achat i logged in and the new upgrade installed automatically, but now there is no background scrren, missing character animations and the avatar is elongated and jerky.  Is it a problem for everyone or just a problem with my PC .  Any ideas?
