Ok I just checked and I have gotten a reply form the support team, and a new password. It works on the website. Gna try it on the program shortly. :)

Taking your suggestion, I created a new account, and I am able to log in to both the program and the website, with this new account. So now I am completely confused about what happened with my original account. :S

Hi all, thanks for your replies. I have been busy with other stuff, which is why my response is delayed. I have just tried reinstalling Achat, and configuring my firewall settings and internet connection settings. Everything seems fine, but I am still having the same problem. So I have send a message to support asking to them to reset my password. I did so a few days ago, and did not get a reply. So I have sent them another message today. Hopefully I get a response, I have tried everything else :/ *fingers crossed*

PS : I can comprehend that there might be some issues on my end with the program itself, like corrupt files and all that. The thing I dun understand is, how I can't even log in to the website. Like I mentioned before, my password was saved in my browser, so there is no way it can be the wrong password. No one else uses my account, and I have not given my login information to anyone else. If the issue is with the program, shouldn't I still be able to access my account on the website(meaning the shop and all that) ?

This is directed at the AChat support team.

I have been unable to log onto AChat for 2 days now. And i can't log onto the website to access the shop either. But for some reason I am still logged into the forum. My password should be 100% correct as I have chosen to "save password" on the program and I have my browser set to remember my password for the website. On top of that, I have also tried all other possible passwords that I would have used. However, I cannot log into the program and the site, and all I receive is a message saying "wrong username or password". This has happened a few times, but it somehow resolved itself within the same day, which is why I haven't brought it up. But now it's been 2, and coming close to 3 days. I am a premium member, and have spent money here for over a year. Please assist me as soon as possible.  :(

I have tried to go through the contact support system, but no reply for 2 days as well. There are no other means of communication, which is why I am posting here.

Also I have noticed that a few others, have posted here regarding the same issue a year back, however it seems they have not received a response. I hope this will not be the case this time. I am really hoping you guys can take the time to help me out, or at the very least explain what happened, and what I can do now.  :-\
