Perhaps the devs could look at a systen wherby playes can only top up credits a limited amount of times to help prevent rash betting.

Tommy .................it is my opinion that achat poker was inended to be a fun distraction not a serious gambling scenario , for those that ARE serious about poker there are a large number of online poker sites................... ie PokerStars etc.
Whilst not denigrating thse who take cards seriously, my intent when starting this thread was to canvass ideas for improving and adding to the FUN experience of achat poker for everyone, not attempt to imitate the gambling sites.

I have to say i do not support the concept of private poker rooms, poker should be avalable to all achat members. Private rooms smack too much of elitisim and segregation for this reason i oppose them.
However i DO support the majority of suggestons promulgated in this thread, in particular being able to see who is in a particular poker room and being able to choose a room. I also support the introduction of an ignore button and the ability for free users to chat.
There are SO MANY good suggestions it is not possible for me to itemise them all. In conclusion let me say that i support the majority of suggestions with the strong exception of private poker rooms.

The thing i like most about the poker room is it's currently the only place in achat where one can socialise and interact with a varies group of People.
Maybe the DEVS could give thought to a large social room.

My Suggestion is that there should be a variety of numbered rooms , ecah with current players names listed, so that it's possible to choose wich room you wish to play in; additionaly clothing should be optional to accomodate those who are reticent about appearing naked in public.
Whilst i appreciate the opportunity to participate in something a little different on achat it seems to me the poker room was created without sufficient forethought.
However I do thank the DEVS for their lateral thought ..................but there is nothing created by humans that can't be improved on

I'm wondering if the Devs have given any thought to creating a choice of poker rooms? At present one is just dumped anywhere that's free.
