Got any problems running AChat? / why busy state not working ?

I set the busy state for free users but it doesnt work . Free uses still can message to me why ? Any idea ?

when I try to download the program it says it is suspended in your area wtf is that ?

There is a stalker achat member abuses and stalks me although I iggied him he messaging all my friends in my list saying I am guy etc . how and where I can report his name or what can I do?
