Non-english speakers / tipps für den Anfang

Hallo zusammen,

bin neu in dem Game, und komm nicht so ganz weiter... :-[
Welche Möglichkeiten habe ich, in meiner Bewertung aufzusteigen? Werde wie ein newbee behandelt (was ich ja auch bin  ;D ) 
Würde aber gerne eine höhere Punktezahl hinter meinem Nickname haben.
