Valid Premium Player unable to register for forum.

A player with a valid subscription was not able to register for forum.

It said the below :

Your AChat username and password don't indicate that you are a Premium AChat user.
Forum registration unsuccessful.

Is this a glitch or has the Forum registration rules changed?

I don' think that the rules have changed - even then, prem members should be able to register. Are you sure, that this member entered the right name/password?

Absolutely sure that he tried to register in this forum and did not followed a phishing link to a fake website where they tried to phish his credentials?

I would suggest to change the passwort ASAP. Just in case.

She has tried several times with the same message.

She has now sent a ticket to support to report the matter.

We have now found out why.

When you Register for Forum  Your password must not be longer than 12 characters in Forum.
If your Achat password is longer, just omit anything after the 12 characters. 

She has now joined Forum.
