I think if you have all sorts of accents for a character it will detract from the experience, you need to publish a list of words and sounds needed so that people provide them all, you then choose the most relevant for each race, you culd further add country choice too.

Truth be told I haven't noticed much accents to moans and groans, but I do like the idea of a list. While they asked for us to note what we intend it for, a list of this position, and that action in this position would be nice. If they could put in the time before the action loops that would be wonderful as well. As it would give us something more concrete in our recording attempts.

  I think that it would be nice for each person to have their own sounds, that their partner can hear.  This would make the experience more unique.

Unless the person sounds like a slathering beast or Jerry Lewis at his worst.  LOL.  joking

The larger question is if the Development Team has any interest left in the project... or is that what you meant?

I believe he is talking about the A-Team; but its a question in generally, is the A-Team still interested in this project? Like they have been before or is it "just" business now?

Well in my opinion - action sounds should be 2 way:
1)Default taken from some porn movies
2)Custom - letting each user to upload own sounds.
For more iteraction - own custom sounds will be cool!

Hi Friends,

you probably noticed already, that Achat has nice music, but no erotic sound during the action. AChat itself is able to play sounds for the animations, just we have not added the proper wav files yet.

Here is a great opportunity to contribute erotic sounds to develop AChat with us together. How can you do that and what could we use? Here are the most important aspects:

- Send short sounds as wav files via email. Moaning, laughing, enjoying, etc. - any kind of short sound you can imagine could be heard during the action.
- We need your permission to use the sound in AChat without restrictions, so please do not send any copyrighted material!
- We absolutely prefer if you record your own sound (or the sound of your friend/girlfriend, supposing he/she knows what you do!), so if we like it, all AChat users will hear it during a given action. Exciting, is not it? :-)
- The sound should be connected with a given animation variation, e.g. a smack when the girl slaps the face of the boy. Of course the sounds of pleasure are much more interesting... So please add written instruction, which animation variation should use that sound.
- As the animations usually run in a cycle, the sound must be short enough to be able to repeat it with the cycle. The program is able to repeat it also in a random way, also not in every cycle.
- As reward you will be listed among the contributors of AChat with the name you choose (nickname or real name).

Ok, that is the first appeal, we will see if you like the idea. We will answer all of your questions if something is not clear enough.

The issue with default is copyrights. I'm assuming the reason they were shopping around here is because by our sending them in we would be signing over rights to the recording.

I think it's very important  hearing the sounds of people making sex, like moaning, scream and ... why not dirty words??? I 'm Italian but today most people knows a baisic english enough to enjoy the sound in rooms. Really, The music is quite boring.

If you are now interesting yet in this project i will give my personal help ... :-)

that is a fantastic idea. I hope we see it happen. Lets not stop there, how about having the avatars actually move around. Like taking clothes off walking around, climbing into bed ect.ect. It would make the expeience even better!!

Knickerless makes a VERY good point. Adding sounds would in many ways just add another thing for people to complain about, but then again they seem to have abandoned the idea (which of course means it will now be implemented tomorrow  ) so it's probably a moot point.
