It's real easy - 

open word document ,  open a pretend reply here,

above the smiley, second square along is insert image, click on that for brackets to appear in your text box.

Right click on your banner and copy   "URL"  address.     Insert the URL address in the pretend reply between the brackets.   

Then copy and paste the whole thing  in your  signature box in your profile.   It should work.   Good Luck.
