Oh yes!! I have had the pose for three weeks now and only got to try it for the first time yesterday.

Yes Concerto are right, left position is for slow speed(very slow) fucking, and right for middle speed fucking !!! me I speed max because I love HARD fucking  but after if you clic an kiss action or other, jump quickly on the speed for decrease... and with one hand or no hands, it's not easy 

Was in the MSF today.
I may change my feelings about the 3way

I think they had solved this problem before but I didn't retry the pose. Now everything works.
