Hello,

My friend has a problem connecting today to AChat. The program doesn't work and the website isn't working.

We tried on her phone and the website just loads. (connecting with WIFI) so it can't be the internet? Anything we can do to fix this?

Tried clearing DNS, rebooting, rebooting router but nothing works

Any help would be great!

Maybe he had an update of his anti-virus software or firewall?
As he has connection with phone, even using wifi, it must be his computer. Usually it's firewall or anti-virus. He shall stop both, then start AChat and if it works, switch on firewall first, try again... if it still works turn on anti-virus and check the settings.
