Looks better already Try to increase the structue of the black pattern. Maybe more shiny or a deeper black. Like it is already around the shoulders on the backside. Also the edges are great there.

Re suggestiveness and concealment, I also don't think I've seen too many skirts other than these ultra-short minis...  Don't get me wrong, I do like those little mini-skirts - but I'd also love to see a design like this with a slightly longer skirt, maybe something like these:
