The problem is, that all existing poses and actions had to be reworked. I'm not sure if it's possible to have the same actions with different sizes. This is the reason they gave us the big cock pose - the only way to have a different size seems to be, to have own poses.
Without going to heavily into the birds and the bees...well Length can be adjusted without any complications.
Girth I could see creating some issue here at least requiring a redesign of 'recepticle ' physics. Whew. The bodies are basicly hollow aren't they?
