This is very helpful. I was never in to health and working out for a long time , I was just in to eating healthy
I am thankful to Lover to me his my personal trainer He loves working out and being healthy .
Hearing him talk about it I got in to it to, I have improved my health to I eat healthy
drink more water eat less and work out more I am very active I spend a lot time walking on the sand in the beach this is
a great benefits Walking in sand requires a greater effort than walking on a hard surface. Your muscles and tendons will
work harder as your foot moves around, making you use more energy .Walking on the sand is so relaxing takes away the stress
clears your mind and you get to meet some wonderful people, sharing new health work out ideas ..
It has been 3 weeks I have started to do this to my surprises I have lost 17 Lb in 3 weeks with out trying to lose it. My legs are tone I have a
amazing tan and new energy and a new passion to workout .I have joined a Gym now and I am loving it
3 times a week walking 2 hr at beach and 2 hrs at the gym feels so amazing pain can feel so good
I sleep better to ..
I want to say Baby thank you for all the time you where there for me even when I screamed at you lol
I love this new life that I got back .. Push me push me even when I dont want it feels so good
