A bed should be easily adapted by any kind of elevation. Think a deck on the beach, the edge of a beachhut (pics are in this thread), or an opening in the woods, maybe even the trunk of a cut  sequoia...

If they only use their imagination, it could be done...

It could be done, but its not as easy as simply redesigning an existing room. but as I said I'd pay more for an outdoor pose, and so would a lot of people.

Outdoor poses to use in the outdoor room:  From behind using a picnic bench or fallen tree.  Nearly all of the 'bed' poses can be done on the grass or sand.  At the wall using a tree. 

would I pay more?  Perhaps not, but would I pay for them?  yes.

My drifts off to a waterfall plaza up in the Northwest. Lots of levels of there for outdoor scenes. If I remember correctly one fall a person could slip behind.
