Hi All,
My friend bough her one month premium on 10/03/2017, and suddenly on 17/03/2017 she was getting username and password errors whole day which later was able to log in with same credentials but now her premium status is gone. She is a free user now. How is this happening. Can anyone help?
Already sent mails to support, but they don't give damn to answer.
I m not able to upload the image of her transactions on here which shows she bought the one month premium on the 10/03/2017.
