Since this is a forum I need to get something off my chest, & of course feel free to agree/disagree with what I have to say, hell will be nice to know I'm not alone in this opinion. I've been part of AChat on & off for quite awhile now & everytime I come back I start to wonder why I did. At first I thought this was great, plenty of people to chat with, realistic (for the most part) animations ect. But now, now it's a miricle if one out of every dozen I try talking to responds with more than two words. I know this is a virtual world based around sex, but where's the content? where's the depth? If I just wanted to watch a couple of characters screw it'll be easier just watching porn. But maybe it's just me expecting too much to be treated as a living feeling male behind the pixels. I started on here as a kind of compensation for what I'm lacking in the real world & now it's becoming a copy of it. I've been to other virtual worlds but they aren't quite the same. Second Life there's more to do but its "cartoony", Red Light Center is ok if you don't mind constant glitches. Like I said maybe it's just me & expected a little too much realism in a virtual world instead of a game of one night stands & women whoring themselves out for new clothes. Anyways thats all I have to say, like it or not, let the praise/insults begin.....

Dude I understand where you coming from, but remember like life you have to filter out the assholes to find the diamonds.  I have met plenty of really cool, good, funny as hell, an compassionate ppl here.  I had to go threw alot of pain in the asses to find them, an the friends that I have made on here made it worth it.  Its patients babes, patients.

I welcome everyone who wants more then just a short fuck. Though I also accept people who exactly want this. If they find the right partners, ok. Venting is a good thing, really good way to let off alot of steam.  I have something to vent but since this is suppose to be a site to have fun at.   I'll just say this, yes I know teachers say there are no such thing as stupid questions, they are lying.  There are, there really are.   

Max honey... it's not just guys... one of my favorite AChat stories is my first ignore.

A guy hailed me and I started talking (as long as I'm not busy I tend to, unless I'm logging on just to check messages) and when he started showing he wanted to go to a room I tried to explain I wasn't interested. When I tried to explain to him I was gay and didn't room with men he started insisting I fuck him with my toys.

He managed to get in this long, and frankly sort of upsettingly angry message to me while I figure out how that "ignore" thing worked.

If I let guys like him determine my feelings towards AChat I would have never been able to have Lover as a friend or Sinnnn as a lover (deliberate play on words there  ).

For whatever my word is worth, it's worth it to find the diamonds.

Well I think the format could be improved.  Better chat features, common chat rooms that feature common interests would make it easier to find people to socialize with.  For example I've met a few people who are ONLY into 3somes.  Why not make a 3some room, then people interested in that activity will be in there.  Same goes for same sex rooms, opposite sex rooms, etc.  The idea is so simple why can't it be executed.  Ateam are you working on this?  That would make the game a LOT more enjoyable than just a few new poses.

I have to say I agree with most people here: finding anything "meaningful" (in quotes cause my definition of meaningful may not match yours, screw Webster's dictionary  ) takes time and effort.

I noticed in your post  you say you are an "off again, on again" user.....I have found that logging a few hours a day, even with no results, makes finding a person you can talk to hours on end and not get bored/tired all the more sweet and savory.

I will admit, I have had several days where I'm on for 3+ hours with no conversations or invites....and there are other days where I have a 4 hour conversation within 15 min of logging on.

Hang in there man. I wish I could give you the "end all, be all" "quick fix", but I can't. Just try to have fun.

GRRRRR once more I was out of internet connection for more than an hour today. Has happened much too often lately and my connection is as lame as a duck. Good thing, I finally was told that I get a new provider this thursday. Then my connection will be fast as a flash, compared to the one I'm having since a few months.

  Yes,  You hide your identity BUT, it doesn't mean that people can be nasty/sarcastic to you does it ?

  There has to be some sort of etiquette. I can't see how some people actually get any action here when they act as they do.  It might turn some people on been called a Slut, Bitch or Whore. Not ME.
