Everything is ok, as long as both want it.
The good thing is, they can give us poses and actions and it's on us to use them. Means, if you don't like an action, just leave it aside and choose another one. I prefer to have a big variety, even if I don't like it, other will.
Any improvement is good, giving us more choices and showing, what is possible to create. Let's give them a lot of work  ;D
