One thing that could be implemented to make threesomes more enjoyable is to create a 'voyeur stance' for one of the threesome that opens up the options for all the normal twosomes, while a third sits there and can either play with themselves, or swap out (potentially) with one of the other partners.

Most of 3-some lovers wanna pe part of the action and not just a watcher. They actually feel like watchers with most of the existing poses, so the wishes are more being part of the game.

Most would probably nod in agreement, that to have more active involvement is preferred.
