    Sorry you are having issues.
    It may be that your antivirus or firewall is preventing the game from opening.

    Check that AChat_setup.exec and Achat Version Updater is allowed through.

    I will forward your complaint to Support who hopefully will be able to help you.

    Bonjour,
    Voilà 2 jours que moi aussi je n’arrive plus à me connecter sur le jeu ni même sur le site.
    Je parle au nom de XmikaX qui a investit 25 euros dans le jeu et qu’il est niveau 61.
    Il n’a pas d’antivirus et il n’arrête pas d’envoyer des messages au support mais sans réponse.
    Est ce une arnaque? A vous de me dire

    I’m sorry to hear you are both having issues.

    Unfortunately Achat do not always answer as quick as we would like.

    Achat not a scam. I have been with this game since 2015 & we have members who have been here since 2009.

    Achat have had a few updates lately & I’m wondering if perhaps both of you picked up a corrupt file somehow.

    I would recommend uninstalling the whole game, using this free programme

    and then installing Achat again from their web site … here.
