The quick answer is no, not in your room.
There is no facility to strip or take items off in your room.
You have to go to your wardrobe called “Customise Yourself” and “dress or undress” in sex clothes.
Some items, usually pants will disappear in certain poses when you fuck. The bras stay.
Whatever you put on in sex clothes, is what you usually wear, during sex.
