    Dealing with transparency – clothes

    Hello

I just cannot find which files have to be modified in order to change the transparency and shape of clothes

    Thanks for your help

    Hi Bullrun, Welcome to Forum.

To find the Clothing Editor, you click on the jigsaw (Puzzle) piece BEFORE you log into the game. This jigsaw icon – User Created Content – is located bottom right.

Then choose the Tile – “Start Cloth Editor“

It then opens up to a page and programme to create your designs.

Achat have provided help for members on how it works by clicking on the question mark surrounded by a circle bottom right. It leads you to here.

    Good luck.

btw, I hope this is what you meant.

Thank you Vaughan for your reply.
But it does not help me

The online help does not talk about transparency for clothes.
(if you want holes in clothes, shorter sleeves, or see through clothes…)

How do you do this ?

I usualy know how to add some transparency to png files, but here it does not work.

Any clothes creator here can help ?

What image editor do you use?

The clothes editor is nothing more than a mannequin wearing png files that reproduce the clothes.
before talking about transparencies, do you know how to create a dress from the beginning? have you got to do some tests?
as Joe asks, what program do you use to create?

a suggestion I can give you is to download the default pngs (diffuse file) and import them into your graphics program to start understanding how to do it.

    Hello.

    Thank you for your replies
    I solved the problem.
For unknown reasons, what I used to do with a very old version of Paint Shop and worked in other games, did not worked in AChat.
I tried another tool and it’s ok now.

I managed to do 4 sets of clothes.
Now I sent all of them to the achat.support@gmail.com

Is is still the correct adress ? (cause I got no reply from them)
How long does it take to have them published ?

    Hello,
    the mail address is correct.
unfortunately they are very slow to reply and publish the clothes.
the times are: one week for the reply and about 2 or 3 months for the publication of the clothes.

Show us the screenshot of your 4 (wow) creations here on the forum
how long did it take you to create them?

@ Bree & Joe – Thank you Bree and Joe for helping out in this topic.

@ Bull – I’m glad you have solved the problem you were experiencing. Hopefully we will see your designs in the Achat shop soon.
When your creations are completed, don’t forget to showcase them in a topic, like Joe & Bree have.

    Yayy

At last, guy clothes. That’s a great first try Bull. You should submit to Achat for the shop.
It would be great if we could have some plain coloured shirts with matching patterned ties to go with black trousers, Nany trousers and the suits already available.

Hope you post more of your designs.

What do you mean when you say : You should submit to Achat for the shop
I thought this is what I had done when I sent the files to achat.support@gmail.com
Did I do something wrong ?

No, you did everything right. You have submitted correctly.
My mistake, I thought you had sent in 3 different designs

The waiting time is 3 to 4 months before we see them in the shops.

Good Luck and please continue to create.
