I’m not sure if your issues have now been resolved. I have tried to log in and all seems fine.
If you are a free user, never paid on your account and had a period of inactivity, I do know that there is an automated system where accounts are shut down for good to save server space. These accounts can never be re-instated.
To guarantee your account, you must pay at least once for it to be maintained. After a period of around 6 weeks inactivity, these accounts may disappear from the game but will reappear again on login.

Non sono sicuro che i tuoi problemi siano stati risolti. Ho provato ad accedere e tutto sembra a posto.
Se sei un utente gratuito, non hai mai pagato sul tuo account e hai avuto un periodo di inattività, so che esiste un sistema automatizzato in cui gli account vengono chiusi per sempre per risparmiare spazio sul server. Questi account non possono mai essere ripristinati.
Per garantire il tuo account, devi pagare almeno una volta affinché venga mantenuto. Dopo un periodo di inattività di circa 6 settimane, questi account potrebbero scomparire dal gioco ma riapparire al login.
