@Nandan 9991 I strongly suggest you send your message to AChat Support. I’ve no experience with steam so cannot help you in that regard.
Keep us posted on how you make out.

Hi Nandan_9991 – Welcome to Forum
Hey Jess Welcome back sweetheart x

@Nandan_9991 – We had a similar problem awhile back which I think returns intermittently – the game screen went completely black. All that could be seen was avatar names.
If this seems familiar to the issue you are reporting here, try dragging the edge of the Achat game screen slightly larger or smaller.. this seems to kick start the graphics again and the picture reappears.

It works until the next time.
It is still worth reporting to Achat Support as Jess has suggested even if this solution does work.

Let us know how you get on.

it was server issue they fixed that blackscreen from public map is gone now back to normal thx,, it might be because of server maintenance or something

This used to really make me bloody angry (Grrrrrrrrrrs) you see angry. hehehehe. I haven’t had this problem for a while.

    Also you could try

    Win + Ctrl + Shift + B

    This restarts the graphics drivers.

But the one Vaughan mentioned is the easiest solution.
