      Hi Luxury_a

      I also experience this issue.

      It used to happen when you had missed an upgrade. For whatever reason, your PC did not download it. Often it was blocked by your antivirus

      So if one player had the upgrade and you had not, you could not see their profiles if they wear the new item.
      In rooms, if they had a new pose and you did not, you would see the the default T avi stance.

      The only way to ensure you have the full upgrades, is to uninstall and install the game again.

      Please let us know if this resolves the issue, if not please report to Achat Support and keep us updated on the progress.

        I reinstalled the game last night after making this post, logged in and everything was fine. Today again I experience the same bug.

          In that case Luxury, please report it to Achat Support.
          Its seems you would have all the updates included in the re-install.

          Perhaps they can help.

          I have also reported it. When i hear anything, I will update this topic.

            Update.

            I am also having the same issue and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. It has not fixed the problem either.
            I have forwarded the pics to Achat and are awaiting a reply.

                Thank you Tom.
                Your fix seems to have worked.

                I am able to see the profiles again.

                Hopefully Luxury and anyone else who had this glitch can as well now.
