Can’t see images

Help, I can't see any images when I start Achat. It says that the character edit is missing. Just like the other person's. I use a Sony VAIO that has Intel. Please help.

Hi,
could you please explain a bit this error message (character edit is missing)? I am not sure what can that mean.
