We definitely welcome you susy_a to our community… and appreciate the obvious interest in AChat on providing a body… (cute one at that…flirt flirt… flirt) to oversee the forum.

Perhaps it would be advantageous if you provide a code of behavior you are expecting of us… which gives us also a perspective on the critical eye you will be employing here.

Hi Susy, I hope we'll get along.

Btw, I hope you don't mind the playful banter that can often occur in threads which can be far off topic at times.

I like the style of this forum, also the content, very well, I can say at least for 99% of the posts.

Indeed,… and hope our playful banter directed  at YOU suzy is not out of line.

Might I suggest too that that keeping us informed of proposed developments be a part of your job? The updates have been wonderful,..but an opportunity for some  who have been playing with them to express some viewpoints and suggestions might be helpful while in the planning stage.

Welcome Suzy_a, as I wrote I hope you just had a bad start.

But I'm not with all the others in one point: I don't need your rules. There are some simple rules everyone should know. That means to be friendly, accepting other opinions and no place for racism, fights, illegal things.
And for myself I can say, these rules are complied.

What is your job? Which is the main reason? This is something I would like to know.

I am behind that with you Lover… I don't need rules other then the simple ones you have stated…

hmmm,…I always thought you were the moderator…

She had a bad start… but she will learn. I ran a very successful operation for a national company. But the very first thing I did when a new hire 10 years before that… a total mess up in the worst possible way.

@ Lover I agreed  ! Thats exactly how I feel , Wev`e  been respecting each others opinions , and having fun at it !

So whats the big deal !

Rules > ?  Gives  me a hint that someone  did or something `s wrong !

:  I mean we all get along , which I feel fantastic , considering  people from all over the world !
I still have no one on my ignore list  !
Which leads me to believe it`s the > Tech Team Just come out with it !

    I thought I welcomed, but I guess I didn't.

I will also add that while there is some outcry over not being too harsh there is also the possibility of not being harsh enough. I've had to moderate email lists and one persons too far is another's not far enough.

There's always a learning curve as well as a balance between order and freedom.
