    Cant find purchased items

    A greeting to the forum, is my first message.
    Now I am going to complain about the support that is giving me in the web.
    I bought it does more than 24 hours objects for value of 1262 A$ and I can neither see them nor enjoy them.
    The answer that has given me (the) (one) is not effective.
    I take more than ten sent post office and the case that does me is none.
    I do not see the user with whom pub-crawl, for it probably the problem is in the software, have unloaded the version 1.17 of achat, have XP and Explorer 8, but, please, the webmaster says a little why the web is master, is it to help or not? This one being the worst experience of all those I have had in Internet. The maintenance and support of the web, at least with me, is terrible. I am sorry to be like that of hard but it is the reality. Not even case does me.
    EIn last sixteen hours I have sent six messages, tre by post and three by means of the contact of the web and no response.

    Hi frontonio,

    please calm down, we try to help now.
    – You bought several things and you can't use them?
    You have logged out and restarted the game AFTER buying?

    – what have you bought? If you bought poses or clothes, make sure you bouth for the right gender…

    Please explain and if you haven't done yet, logout of game, restart, login and check. I wait for your answer here

    Buy thirty-six hours ago: Items worth $ 1262 room, clothing, accessories, scenes or poses, appear on the web in recent parchases, I Achat program and not come out.
    In the Achat go out with a star, as if I had gone to premium and character editor m, and aparecel discount, ie the money I have left but I see things bought, no.
    I have turned off and reiniciuado the program many times. I uninstalled and reinstalled, I have the version 1.17, which is not the same as the web tutorial, 1.08. I tried downloading from google the vers. 1.08 and I could not.
    I have Windows XP, use IExplorer8 and Chrome browsers.
    I entered the Forum, after writing and writing to support the web and webmaster and not getting solution.

    In character editor, try to take Take my Picture and not let me otion I get the store and buy shop but nothing I see what I bought.

    Hello Frontonio,  

    I'm sorry you are having such a bad experience.    

    I think what you are saying is that you are a premium member who has bought several items from the shop and they are not showing in the game.

    This may have to be a process of elimination to get to the bottom of the problem.

    1 . First log in the shop and click on ” Show  profile “.    On the right under  ” Account management”    is   ” Recent purchases”  Click on that and it will show all the purchases you have made on your account.  The prices wil be shown in blue as debits.
    As you scroll down it will also show all the credits to your account in green , usually when you buy A$ or your subscription.

    Check these ” recent purchases” to ensure that you have in fact bought the items and that the A$ has been debited from your account. If not, you probably didn't confirm the purchased items to be debited and will have to shop again to buy them.

    2 ,   When you buy items from the shop, you have to log out of the Achat game, to register & pick up your purchases.   So reboot the Achat game, log in and check your wardrobe for the items you have bought. They should  now show the newly purchased items in your charachter editor.

    3. If they are not shown, it may be that you have not picked up all the upgrades in the game.   Try uninstalling Achat completely and then reinstalling it on your computer.   Hopefully all the upgrades will then be loaded  for you.

    I hope  this helps and solves your problem.  Please let us know either way so we can resolve it together.

    Version 1.17 is the right one.
    You are prem as you are able to buy items and also could register here in forum.

    The room: You have to choose in character editor in game – do you know how it works?
    The clothes you have bought are male clothes and the poses are FM? Have you ever been in room with another person?

    I will login in game soon and look for you, perhaps we can solve your troubles.

    Just an answer regarding support:
    They cannot be on for 24 hours each day. Probably before they answered first,  they checked your account and noticed, you have all the items you bought. Now they also have their days off.

    In forum you always will find helping hands. Sometimes we need a few hours as we also cannot be on 24/7 but you will get an answer asap.

    SOLVED thanks to the moderator LOVER,
    which has had a great patience and amiability with me.
    The program is correctly installed, the version is the one that exists circulating.
    If it neither saw it could not even update what he had bought was for my ignorance of the program.
    Thanks to the moderator Lover, which has had a great patience and amiability and has been explaining to me stepwise the procedure to do the changes and at the same time some of the principàles explain to me functions of the managing of the program.
    In the web, there is a tutorial, but it corresponds to the version 1.08., probably it would be good to update this tutorial with the version 1.17. I believe that a tutorial is neecsartio not to depend on the good disposition and will of people as Lover, which it has played the role of a teacher with a very big wisdom.

    I agree,  Lover is a wonderful Mod and  this has put a smile on my face today …

    Lover  logged on as Forum_1  , our beautiful  girl avi.  He showed his hairy legs, put on lipstick, danced with our new friend Frontonio and talked him through Charachter Editor …  He is truly dedicated..  and I love him too

    very good literature and description of the scene.
    A moderator that it can do of everything, if it had not been for him, still would be giving complaints.

    Actually,  I am glad you started this topic.

    Lover is one of the most dedicated and helpful persons, I have ever had the pleasure to meet.

    I do not think that his  hard work on the Forum is truly appreciated,  he always greets new comers, always finds time to help, even using translator to assist in any language barriers, is vastly knowledgable in a whole range of fields, some I cant even pronounce…  and he nearly always resolves them somehow.

    He has ideas to make Forum interesting,  has thought of numerous successful games,  has put in the time and thoughfulness  to make those games successful,  has been the inspiration behind new poses, new clothes,  new story lines, even though English is not his native language.

    He always enters a story for the Erotic Story Contest to show support for his fellow Moderators,   has guided me and HB in the art of being a responsible Moderator…  and calmed us when we have needed it… and trust me, on occasions we do.. we are after all only human  ( HB is Italian , I have Red Hair – need I say more  –  not with each other I may add LOL  )

    He has successfully re-organised Forum,  made it more accommodating, listens to others & has made it the success it is.  

    LOVER is the true KING of Forum  and   I would like to say a personal Thank You  for all the hard work and dedication you show, continue to show and WE ARE DAMN LUCKY  as are the Achats God to have you.

    In saying all that –  you do have a flaw –   You support  Germany in the footy –     England is the true Football nation  LOL
