    I have a problem and i can’t download the last upgrde.
    My pc starts to download the new upgrade but in the middle of the downloadind stops and tells me that ( upgrade failed if you experience problems please restart the program) .
    It looks like it s trying hard to upgrade but it can t make it.
    It s the 1st time i have troubles like that.
    What can i do?
    i deleted the a chat exe from my pc , and i download it again and nothing happened.

    i have seen the same thing happening, but normaly when it failed to update it just started the program without the update and it worked fine. I then closed Achat and started again. It repeated the update and this time it came to the end.

    I had have it happend to me before, so i don't know if it is a common thing. I Just know i have it not with every update and it started for me some week ago. The worst i had was when it tried the update for 4 times before it got trough, but it always did in the end.

    So my advice, if the update does not work the first time, close the achat back down and restart till it works. For the rest it's up to the dev team to find out whats going on.

    This thing starded before  4 days , when we had the other update .
    My pc tried very hard to update but it made it without this thing.
    But this time is worst.
    if you open a chat without an update , you cant see the new product.
    It doesn t apear on the screen. This one (biker suit) doesnt apear , not even the guys who wear it.
    You can see only their backround.

    mmmm……dion, maybe your firewall or antivirus block achat update. try to set AChayt as a program your antivirus doesn't have to check or turn it down just for doing the update

    Always in case you don't have loaded the update, you just see blank background in game.

    As HB said, perhaps your firewall or anti-virus software has updated too and now is blocking AChat update.

    It's not enough to delete AChat.exe – you have to remove the prgram completely. Just make sure you save your ignore-list before. Then either download the software or install your older download version.
