i agree with both of you , i stopped to wear my pink hairs with small hmmm …. ponytails(?) for this reason

I think this has been one of the reasons, they didn't add long hair for a long time. But as many have asked for it, they decided to add it even with this blemish.
Might be the same with long dresses, probably too many troubles in some poses/actions.

Probably yes, Lover, but i don't think this is too hard to fix! Maybe it's all about creating collision setting between clothes and body parts

hmmm … for long dresses , i dont see what is the problem , the only poses where we are dressed are standing poses ( slow dance , standing talking , and for FM , show me what you feel and hmmm ….. and ….. hmmm and i think thats all ) . In all the others poses , clothing is optionnal .

Rukya, the problem can be while you dance. It ca happen you will see the legs coming out of the dress like long hair and hat and it's not a good view

The long hair looks like plastic feathers.
Does not work with hats at all.
Just plain does not look very good.
