Have you tried to make a new account?
If it was failry new you wouldn't loose anything or have you bought A$ for your first account already?

no it was brand new account, but that login name i wont be getting again.

The login name is connected with the other password – so you're right, you can't get it back. You can send a ticket to support, but they only rest your password if it's a premium account
